The Brookdale Foundation

The Brookdale Foundation supports the work of community-based organizations and academic research centers to enhance the quality of life for America's senior citizens and to further the fields of gerontology and geriatrics.

Brookdale recently re-introduced its Brookdale Leadership in Aging Fellows Program, which supports leaders in their research efforts to enhance the field. Brookdale contacted IANet to develop an online application process for this program.  IANet created an integrated information system that allows candidates to complete and submit the application online, staff to assign applications to reviewers and track the process of the reviews, and reviewers to read and score the applications. While the project is underway, it already has recruited three times the number of candidates in previous years and provided the Foundation with valuable information about those that are interested in the fellowship.
